Interest Rates on unsecured personal loans range from 26.99% - 39.99%, with a minimum loan term of 6 months and maximum term of 60 months. Your actual Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will vary based on province of residence and individual factors like the details of your credit report and loan amount. Maximum APR 39.99%.

An example of borrowing costs paid on a $5,000 unsecured personal loan at a rate of 39.99% on a 60-month term is $6,623 or a monthly payment of $193.73 over the course of the loan term.
Secured personal loans and mortgages
Interest Rates on secured personal loans range from 19.99%-24.49%, with a minimum loan term of 36 months and a maximum term of 120 months. Interest Rates on mortgage loans range from 13.89%-20.25%, with a minimum loan term of 12 months and a maximum term of 60 months, and amortization periods up to 25 years. Your actual APR will vary based on individual factors including province/territory, the details of your credit report and financial situation, loan type and services provided in order to secure the loan. All fees are included in your loan contract and explained to you by our Lending Specialists.
On a secured personal loan, the following may apply: Administration fee, appraisal fee and title search fee. Administration fees range from $50 - $300. Most appraisals will not exceed $598. However, additional appraisal fees may apply such as a cancellation fee, rush request, executive property and travel and mileage. These fees range from $10-$250. Title search fees range from: $288.48 - $1,318.45. In some provinces, the title search fee is variable and calculated based on the loan amount. Additional title search fees may apply depending on the circumstances, such as location of property.
An example of borrowing costs paid on a $10,000 secured personal loan at a rate of 19.99% on a 60-month term is $5,660 or a monthly payment of $261.84 over the course of the loan term.
